We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Venice and close to the boat station. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious rooms and a big bathroom. The cleanliness was excellent, and we felt safe with the three security doors. The staff was friendly and helpful, great to leave our luggage and use the lobby. a great value for money.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is situated between Rialto and San Marco. This means that you are very close to the center of Venice and within easy reach of the boat station or train station. the hotel is in the center of Venice, allowing you to easily explore all the main attractions.
The breakfast provided was not up to par with the rest of the hotel. Guests have mentioned that the breakfast consisted of limited options and that the quality was not satisfactory.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a bustling city. The location is absolutely perfect, situated between the Rialto and San Marco areas. You can easily explore the main attractions of the city on foot without any hassle. The staff at this hotel are extremely attentive and customer-oriented, always ready to provide helpful advice and make your stay memorable. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and I was lucky enough to get a room with a small balcony. It was a delight to sit there with a cup of coffee in the morning and soak in the atmosphere of the city. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast included with my stay. It was a great way to start the day and fuel up for exploring the beautiful streets of Venice.
No improvements necessary, everything was just fine.

Perfect central location in a beautiful old building. Check-in process smooth, just text host upon arrival. Ground level economy room clean with comfortable beds. Basic breakfast but small crowded room. Excellent balcony view, worth extra cost. highly recommended for sightseeing.
